ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION 

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY (WORLDWIDE)

How To Order

           

 

  • Use the "shopping cart" when available; or
  • Call us with your order; or

  • Include in your e-mail:
  • Your full name
  • The item #(s) and name(s)
  • Your mailing address
  • Day time or evening phone number

To Order by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) 

  • E-mail your order and phone number to boydsstuff@tx.rr.com   Do not e-mail us your credit card info.  We will call you for your credit card number; or
  • Call us with your credit card number and place your order by phone  at (817) 572-6780.
  • Veddy important - We need your complete credit card billing address and your shipping address.  If it is the same, please say so.

Method of Payment

  • Visa or MasterCard (see above instructions).  Not available for international orders.
  • We accept checking account and credit card payments through PayPal.  
  • Cashiers Check or Money Order preferred (MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS).  Personal or company check accepted (not for international orders).  Check must clear before critter(s) is/are mailed (10 business days). 
  • Checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25.00 fee.

Sales Tax

  • Texas residents add 8.0% sales tax.

Shipping 

  • Critters - $6.50 shipping. Additional charge for large bears.  $1.00 for each additional critter (or bears in multiple packs).  Some bears eat a lot and their weight may require additional shipping charges.   
  • Resins - $8.45 shipping.  Additional fee based on quantity or weight.  Insurance is required.
  • Yesterday's Child...The Doll Collection - $15.00 shipping (includes insurance).
  • Shipping charges for necessities will depend on item ordered, such as size and weight. We will e-mail you with specific charges.  Insurance is required.  
  • Boyds Tapestries - Price will vary depending on item and number ordered.  We will notify you of cost.  
  • Shopping Cart orders - shipping cost is build into shopping cart.
  • Most items are shipped U. S. Priority mail.  Greeting cards are shipped first class mail.
  • Orders paid by Credit Card, PayPal, Money Order, or Cashers Check will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. 
  • International Orders:  Buyer will be notified of cost for shipping outside the United States.  

Confirmation

  • We will send you an e-mail confirming your order and when order is shipped.

Availability

  • We keep items listed on our site current with regard to availability; however, some items may not be available because of site maintenance.

Layaway Orders

  • We will take layaway orders on an individual basis. Layaway orders must be at least $50.00. Our terms are 1/2 down and the remaining 1/2 in 30 days. If this is not convenient let us know by e-mail. There are NO returns on layaways. Deposits are NOT refundable, if layaway agreement is not honored as agreed.   

Returns

  • We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with each and every purchase you make from "Bears And Friends." However, if any of these critters become unruly or for any other reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer a 30 day return policy. Items must be returned in brand new condition with hangtags attached.  Resin and other accessories must be in their original box.  For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation for your shipment. Please Note: We can not refund your return shipping cost.  However, we will refund your return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Return Authorization is required

  • Please e-mail prior to returning an item so we can provide a "return authorization number" (RAN) to ensure prompt processing of your return. This will also provide us ample time to plan the critter’s welcome back party. The RAN must be placed on the box opposite your return address.

Special Note:  We are collectibles - we are too classy to be "toys" and we are not for children.

We respect your right to privacy. Any information given to us is strictly confidential. We do not exchange, share, sell, or rent any of the information we obtain from you, with anyone. We want you to know you can visit and shop with us without reservation.
